This place used to be nice but now its infested with ovecrowded families. I am not prejudiced but the rental office clearly has no regard for keeping this an upscale community. There is no enforcement of any of the rules or lease unless its to the advantage of the property management or rental agents. I was told specifically there was not any crimes or other problems and how safe it was only to learn about rapes and unregistered sex offenders living down the street. Thank God I do not have any children because I would not want them to be endangered. I was duped into thinking this was a great place to live thus the exorbinate price of rent but I am sadly mistaken. I will count down the days left before my lease expires and already began packing because I am so unhappy here. This is not a family oriented community unless you are part of the derilects who allow your children to ride bicycles unsupervised and without helmets and you socialize with others. Whom ever is the young woman with the tattoos and multiple children who chain smokes and parades around in a black binini top and skirt, you really should cover up with a towel dear. Or perhaps buy a bathing suit that a respectable mother might wear. I have not had too many dealings with maintenace but my unit was not properly prepared nor was it as nice as the models. The gym is stiffling hot and small and often overcrowded. The neighbors are despicable and unciviled, they can not speak a lick of English and their cuisine overbears the entire row of apartments. I am not against other ethnic groups maintaining their heritage through food but its inconsiderate to others who do not care for the odors at all hours of the day and night. You may think I am pompous or snobbish for what I pay in rent I ought to be. Please spare yourself the misery of living here. THe outside is well manicured yet behind closed doors the real upkeep is evident in the shoddy and thrown together workmanship of this development. There are far better places for an equivilent price.
