I initially loved living here. Private entrance, mail at your door, a backyard patio where you can have a grill, EXCELLENT office staff, some nice amenities such as workout room and pool in summer. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient, and the office staff is courteous, helpful and very responsive to problems and requests.Many of my neighbors have children and dogs, and the complex is still quiet. A friendly, family oriented place to live, even for a single adult like me. Plus I would like to add that the office staff really is top notch, and there are reasons why they win service awards over and over again from the parent company. I would assume that the negative reviews were from renters that had unusually rare problems. My unit is clean, beautifully styled and the grounds are well kept.

My issues however have to with parking, lack of proper snow removal and renewal of lease increases. Parking can be very tight, and in the two years I've lived here it has gotten worse and I have trouble finding a parking spot after 7 pm. For the price of the apartmetns, assigned parking should be done. The one thing that I am REALLY unhappy about is that in winter the walks are not kept free of snow and ice as well as they should be, and the parking gets worse because the snow removal isn't as thorough as it should be and takes up valuable spaces. Once cars are moved from spots, they do not return to finsh the snow removal, so you end up parking and walking over the re-frozen snow and tire marks. The walks are rarely sanded or salted properly. And lastly, I am moving out because it has become too expensive to live there. I did not realize when I moved in how high the rent increae would be every year upon renewal. Now I understand why they have such a huge turnover. Overall, though this is a good place to live and does have some great benefits. I wish I could stay, but would only do so if the parking situation were improved too, even if I could afford it.
