We have been living in our apartment for over a year now and just signed on for another year. My fiance and I really love our apartment. The townhouse style apartment is what sold us on the community in the first place, and it works great. Having the two separate floors gives us enough space so that we can have a quiet place if we need it. Now that we have our own washer and dryer in our apartment, we will never go back to sharing. We also enjoy our patio area, we have a little bistro set and grill back there. We actually do use the pool, gym, and tennis, although it feels like many people in the community do not. We liked the fact that all of these amenities are here, but it was not expensive to join, so you don't feel bad if you??re not at the gym everyday.

My favorite thing about the community is the location. I travel for work around Boston, and my fiance is in Worcester. We have family all around NE, so having 495 and the pike right here is perfect. The only thing you have to be careful about is the children playing outside, they often ride bikes and are not watching out for cars. Overall, we really like our apartment and are happy to stay for another year.
