I read this reviews and it doesn't really apply to me ... My boyfriend and I have had a pretty good experience here ... For us it is all about not worrying ... the snow is shoveled promptly, the grounds are kept well and every problem has been fixed in a timely manner. We took over a lease from another couple and renewed at the end. We have been able to paint whatever we want, decorate and put up holiday decor out front. It has always felt like a home. We have had friends over and played music without disturbing our neighbors. Heat and hot water is included ... thank goodness (especially this last winter)! On the opposite side of things .. it has central air which cooled last summer without a problem and maybe at the most a $90.00 electric bill. We have dealt with Katie in the management office and she always remembers our name and things about us ... which is nice in such a large complex. Hope this helps.
