My girlfriend and I lived here for a year with our two dogs and could not wait to move out. The apartment itself was nice and cozy, I like the idea of a townhome. Our dogs enjoyed it since its a pet friendly neighborhood. Unfortunately the negatives GREATLY outweigh the positives.

1. For an "upscale" community they sure do let anyone rent there.
2. The lack of responsibility from parents in the community, I stopped counting how many times I almost ran over a 5 yr old unsupervised in the parking lots.
3. Parking sucks.
4. Disrespectful neigbors who have no clue about common courtesy.
5. I'm the last person you would call "ethnically insensitive" but trust me, be prepared to feel like you're not in the United States.

The ladies in the office were very nice, just wish the community itself lived up to what you see from the clubhouse and marketing materials. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
