Windsor Ridge is like a playground for kids - who are completely unsupervised. We had a miserable experience here. Management was completely unresponsive to our repeated complaints about the kids that played kick ball in the walkway right outside our unit. Our windows and door were repeatedly hit by the ball, and the kids "screaming at the top of their lungs" was so disruptive that during the spring and summer months, it was impossible to enjoy a quiet evening! The kids were rude and completely unruly - neither management nor the parents seemed to care that the kids were swearing, shouting and hitting windows/doors with the kick ball - and these games were played in the walkway, even thought the lease states the walkways should not be blocked. I guess it's a nice place if you have kids, because here you can let your kids run "wild" and management has no control of that. But if you don't have kids and enjoy a more peaceful home DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER Windsor Ridge! I could write a whole other review on how the walls are paper thin (no sound proofing)- so, if you happen to be placed in a unit where the kids play instruments (of which there are many)- you will be hearing the "theme to star wars" or some other "marching band tune" over and over and over! If you want to simulate a day at Windsor Ridge - put a pot over your head and bang it with a metal spoon.
If you do choose Windsor Ridge, stock up on aspirin and ear plugs - you will need them!
