I moved into Windsor Ridge at the end of January 2009. I commented a few months ago. Since the last review, I have spent a season with windows open and my comments are drastically different.

The lack of privacy is one big negative. The layout of the buildings make it so most master bedrooms look into one another's bedroom windows and patios. There are a token few neighbors who don't respect the fact that we all face each other and have loud outdoor conversations during the late night and wee hours of the morning. My backdoor neighbor has parties 1-3 times a week with loud music, singing and the charcoal grill cooking, well past midnight. Not to mention that he bellows at his children 24/7.

Barking dogs are also an issue. People pay pet rent, so they think it is ok to let the dog bark ALL THE TIME. Funny thing about the kids. The children whose parents are foreign born, are typically supervised and well behaved. The unsupervised and noisy kids are typically the American born (and I am a lifelong MA resident).

I agree that the costs for water/sewage are atrocious. I don't expect to renew my lease.

All I have to say to this person that supposedly moved in to Windsor Ridge in January 2009 is that they had not yet experienced the Spring and Summer nights with the downright loud, obnoxious, and rude kids that live at this complex. There is a big difference between living in a ??family oriented community?? and living at ??Windsor Ridge??. If the Management of Windsor Ridge (who so obviously wrote the above posting) is trying to project a ??family oriented community?? ?? then they should certainly do something about the swearing, lewd and abusive kids that live here. Words cannot express how miserable it was hearing these kids shouting and swearing EVERY night right outside our unit. There were several times I should have called the police to break up the crowd of rowdy kids ?? because it was that BAD - and Management was unresponsive!
