New Resident I recently moved into a 1BHK at Fountainhead and there was few problems with apartment (very miner) but were fixed soon after move in. I moved here because many of my friends live here and it is close to office. My wife and child enjoy the activities very much.

Looking for a nice place to live I just wanted to say that i visited Avalon at Flanders Hill looking for a 2 bedroom for me and my family. We loved the community and we cant wait to be there. We are still in the process of selling our home. Hopefully there will be something for us at that time.

lot of bed bug problem This apartment has a lot of bed bug problem. Even worse is that the management does not care about it and will have pest control only when u beg them. That also does not work , finally I bought my own spray to get some relief.

Exercise Room How can you say it's average? Has 4 top of the line treadmills and Elliptical trainers with 15" TV monitors on the treadmills. On top of that, there's 11 individual lifefitness stack machines. Across the hall is a dressing room with lockers and his and hers bathrooms.

Avalon management staff monitors this and other sites and write in positive reviews to offset the negative reviews that they receive. I couple of the last positive reviews sound like they were written by the same office staff

bugs they have a sugar ant problem where they're all over your kitchen and bathrooms. they'll come spray the apartment for you which works for a while, but is kind of an inconvenience. also someone must have traveled and come back with bed bugs, because there are a number of
