Been an excellent stay Although I was only there for a short period compared to most people, I've really enjoyed staying there. The features I liked are as follows.....
1) Pool - during the summer - has a hot tub too.
2) Gym - well equiped - 3 tradmills, Weights multi-gym etc with

lot of bed bug problem This apartment has a lot of bed bug problem. Even worse is that the management does not care about it and will have pest control only when u beg them. That also does not work , finally I bought my own spray to get some relief.

Exercise Room How can you say it's average? Has 4 top of the line treadmills and Elliptical trainers with 15" TV monitors on the treadmills. On top of that, there's 11 individual lifefitness stack machines. Across the hall is a dressing room with lockers and his and hers bathrooms.

Avalon management staff monitors this and other sites and write in positive reviews to offset the negative reviews that they receive. I couple of the last positive reviews sound like they were written by the same office staff

bugs they have a sugar ant problem where they're all over your kitchen and bathrooms. they'll come spray the apartment for you which works for a while, but is kind of an inconvenience. also someone must have traveled and come back with bed bugs, because there are a number of

I am currently renting from Windsor Ridge and so far eveything has been great! The staff was very helpful when I was researching apartments. The community is very well manitained. I would recommend that if you are looking for a nice, quiet apartment these are great!

Stay Away. The current office staff, Robin Di Pina and Andrea Ware are not helpful and couldn't careless about the residents.
They charge too much for these apartments and if you do have an issue that needs addressing it won't get resolved
