Noisy, a lot of college students, children are permitted to run all over the parking areas, cars are scratched and dented form hockey sticks, etc. There are dead rats near the dumpsters, which are too close to the dwellings. There is no control over the pool, children are permitted to do whatever they want. Management thinks mirrors are way cool, obviously 1960's thinking. Paying close to $1,000 a month for a townhouse, with partial basement is out of whack for Westfield MA. This is out there, easily 30 minutes to Springfield. The apartmetns are overly hot in the winter, need to open windows to sleep at night. They spend a lot of landscaping just the front area where you drive in, every where else is trashed. No garbage disposals.
