First off , im not just putting this review up here for no reason. This is all very true. This place is sad, never live on the first floor or else you will think the ceiling is going to cave in cause its so loud upstairs. Especially if you have a couple of 18 year old punks partying all night. And dont call management about noise because they wont do ---- about it. But when your rent is a week or 2 late they threaten you with court and eviction papers. The rent was $795 with no utilities. Now they change it to Heat and hot water included for $870. Ok lets up the rent 80 bucks and then say free heat and hot water. I paid less than that when i was paying my own utilities. Lastly ... parking!!! HAHAHHAHAHAAH you better be ready to have dents and scratches all over the sides of your car because they have the tightest parking i have ever seen. My doors on my 2006 car are all messed up because of this place. Overall this place was an absolute nightmare. Im warning you this place is horrible.

I've lived at The Willows for about 2 years now and I truly think that it is a great place to live. It has an exceptionally good location being right next to the Mass Pike and all. The management and maintenance staff is always friendly and very reliable. As far as parking, it can be a little tight sometimes, but they do have designated guest parking and everyone is assigned 2 parking passes. The grounds are beautiful and they offer two landscaped courtyards that are very quiet and serene. I highly recommend living in here!

I lived at The Willows for 2 years and I loved it! You can't expect to have peace and quiet living in an apartment, if you don't want any noise go and buy your own house. Of course, when you live in an apartment you are going to hear your neighbors that's what happens. The only draw back to my apartment was I was expecting to have a breakfast bar but when I moved in mine didn't because the previous tenants had lived there for like 8 years and didn't get that renovation. But, in place of that breakfast bar I got a huge pantry, which I loved. Didn't need a breakfast bar anyway, I had my kitchen table. You can't expect to get anything for free from anywhere. I do agree they need to say included instead of free though, it is a misconception that many people freak out about. I loved The Willows so much that I now live in another Aspen owned property and I love it here too!
