What a terrible way to manage a complex.

When I moved into an apartment and the freezer and refrigerator both broke soon after, I sucked it up and repaced my food. Maitenence said they fixed the problem.

When the same thing happened two months later and I lost all my food agein because the same refigerator broke (the apartment was notified before anything thawed and didn't act in time), Karen, the apartment manager, made sure to tell me that it was my fault and that they were not liable in any way.
