I can't believe I still live here! We were drawn to this place because it was brand new when we moved in. My husband and I are working profesisonals who relocated to this state for work. Over the last two years we have been boxed in by low income folks as neighbors. The maintenance man lived across the hall from me, and we would often wake up to his blaring rap stereo when his friends visit. THere was loud banging on the doors at 1am and plenty of male testosterone yelling in the halls. When we reported the incident to the management team - the maintenance man intercepted my message and called me on my personal cell phone. Strange! On top of all this, there are plenty of welfare folks in my building who scare me. The staff is generally nice when you go in there to see them but becareful if you want to move out - they'll ask you to pay penatly fee of $1500 even if you are renting month to month!

Some of your comments are rather snooty. Welfare folks? Boxed in by low income neighbors? You live in Weymouth lady, you're obviously not exactly rolling in the dough. Come down off your throne, you're no better than anyone else! Please.

This is by far one of the worst apartment communities in Weymouth. Three reasons for this are 1) noise, 2) dogs, and 3) children. There is little to no privacy in these apartments. Hearing other tenants conversations and other activities is a normal part of living here. The people above you will sound like elephants ready to fall from the ceiling, and it is highly recommended NOT to have your bed up against the wall with the neighbors behind you as you will be woken up in the middle of the night. Since they allow dogs in every apartment, and do not limit the amount of dogs per apartment, you will not only be surrounded by barking dogs all day and night but also the messes they leave behind. The owners are not responsible, or thoughtful enough, to pick up after their dogs or be considerate of the continuous barking when they are at work or school. The community is overrun by children who have no regard of anyone or anyone else's property. It is commom for them to play on or near cars causing visible damage to them as well as playing in the streets not paying attention or moving when cars come. There have been several incidents where kids have been hit by cars because they were clearly not paying attention. The leasing office staff are less than helpful and refuse to do anything about any of this. As long as they are making money and the apartments are full, they really have little regard for their tenants. I hate this place even more after the second kitchen fire that has taken place in my building. This one from 12/4/10 was much more serious causing the sprinkles in all of the apartments in that half of the buidling to go off. This place is full of Section 8 type people and has come way down due to the public transportation so easily accessed in Weymouth. Don't be fooled by the pretty outside; this place is a dump and should never have passed inspection.
