Another honest opinion

Some folks are hard to please, and fortunately I am not one of them. I lived there a few years ago, and was forced to move due to family reasons. Management WAIVED the penalty, and they paid up on the referral fees they originally promised for new tenants. The grounds were beutiful and well kept. My only complaints were: the price, the thin walls connecting to the hallways, and the contractors they dealt with for utilities. There are a lot of complaints concerning bugs and Section 8 tenents. Grow up folks, it's all part of the deal. Avalon is able to provide you with many amenities, using the guarenteed income from the state. And ants' They are everywhere....jeez.
If you can afford the place, you will have a hard time finding a better community than the Ledges. It is by far the best complex (Downtown Quincy, notwithstanding) in the area.
No, I do not work for Avalon, and nor do I know anyone there (everyone has since relocated or been promoted anyways)
