Avoid at all costs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   If you want teenagers screaming outside your window til 3am, inconsiderate and rude management, little privacy, lots and lots of noise just from the plumbing over neighboring units, and breezeways that smell like trash, then by all means, go ahead and live here. It looks nice on the surface but once you move in you will notice the shoddy construction, thin walls, and cheap fixtures that come out of the walls when you try to use them.
