You think its a great deal...........

They hook you in with free rent and it seems like a great deal.......TILL YOU MOVE IN!

Then you have to deal with hearing EVERYTHING from your neighbors (I've lived in apts. for a long time, I expect some noise, but I don't want to hear everything detail when my neighbor goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night or every word of their phone conversations)...There are tons of section 8 people that don't work....AND I have to pay for ALL utilities--which adds up!

All in all, the special isn't really a special because of the utilities, I'm actually paying more now than when I lived in another place in Weymouth that didn't have as many issues. I'm sorry I moved and I'll move back when my lease is up.

For now, I guess I'm stuck till 2007--be careful when it seems too good to be true--because it is!
