Never rent this apartment. They recently changed to dog friendly community and everything is different now. Lawn is covered with dog poops (feces) and staffs refuse to clean it up (every time I complain about it, they say they will send someone to take care of it but it never happens). A month ago my wife almost attacked by a dog. Having two kids of age 3 and 5, I decided to move out even before my lease expires. Noise is also a big problem.
