The building is poorly constructed. Being on the 3rd floor, I could hear general conversations from people outside as if a window was open and is very drafty. The heating/AC system is poorly designed causing utility bills to be through the roof. General maintenance around the complex is almost non-existant. Rent increases are extreme from lease to lease. Maintenance people park close to residents building during work hours, causing paying residents to park further away. Extremly slow in returning security deposit.
