Driers on almost all floors broken - the elevator is'nt working AGAIN - don't know the last time this place was cleaned.

Avalon are just in the business of taking your money without even trying to give tenants a semi-decent place to stay.

This place SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!

Guess What!!!! New washmachines and dryers in all laundry rooms! New locks and keys on every door! The elevator does break down from time to time, but it gets fixed pretty quickly! Avalon is new to this old community and seeing that the fire saftey and lighting has been repaired. The snow removal was at it's best this year! The maintenance staff is quick and very friendly. They are always picking up everyone's trash, because people just don't care of their surroundings. Can only imagine what their apartment unit looks like, inside. If everyone stops and look at what has been done since Avalon took over, maybe they will appreciate where they live and give the Avalon staff credit for taking over a 40 year property that has been "band-aid" for so long.

The maintenance staff is awesome but the office staff is horrible they don't care about the tentants its all about the money people lets see It will be a year in january since I moved in and want to raise my rent $250.00 more to live in my two bedroom apartment there not worth it. There are going to go up on everyone's rent when there lease is up. You wait and see
