I would recommend living here if you don't have children. The buildings were constructed a long time ago, when [I guess] they didn't use insulation. We had a neighbor downstairs that we could hear like he was right next to us. He woke our two-year old up frequently. We also couldn't help but hear bed squeaking from upstairs. Outside noise can also be a problem, though it's an isolated area. The big thing I didn't like, besides the noise, was that there was really no where for a child to go outside. Granted it's an apartment complex, but I'd try to walk my 2 year-old around the circle, and although the posted speed limit is 8 mph (don't ask), people would be doing 40 around it.

Management couldn't have been more accomodating. They really care about their people. The maintenance crews are top notch, also. When it snows, they're out there at 2 a.m. putting salt/sand on the walkways.

I would recommend this complex to people who don't mind a little noise and don't have children. It's a little expensive, but you're 3 miles from the train, and less than a mile from Rt.3. Plenty of shopping, etc... nearby.
