This complex isn't that bad.
There were breakins, and paper money was stolen.
The doors were not well insulated, and you could smell everyone's cooking.
The kitchens were really dark.
They also tend to plow the parking lot when it snowed at 2am..
Strange things happen at night in the parking lot. Lover's lane shall we say.
Car breakins, and section 8 type people, including drug dealers.
Private balcony was nice, with good view of Boston.
It was cheap.
