I have been here for only 2 weeks so far...and love it. There is occasional noise when ur windows are open but hey its an apartment building i would be more nervous if there wasnt any noise at all...and for the most part the noise is coming from another apartment complex. My neighbors are all great, people are really friendly and helpful. Everyone loves it...like new inside. Overall i would recommend this to anyone.
