I don't know what these other people were talking about.. Prob. just one person who wrote a bad rating three times... But we love it here. my boyfriend and I moved in a year ago. We love it! We have both lived at a few different apts before and this place is the TOPS! They come right out and fix maint. issues, outside is kept up, their snow plowing is great!!! As for noise... hey you live in an apartment. There is always going to be some type of noise. But I must say that for apartment living it is quiet here! The staff had always been friendly! If you are thinkign about moving to Weymouth, this is the spot!

The halls smell like cat piss even if the office says they are pet free. The pool smells so bad that I'm sure there has to be something growing in the bottom of it, however, the lifeguard wouldn't notice because she's yapping on her cell phone. There are too many old people and the apartments smell of bengay. The little troll in the rental office told me when I needed to terminate my lease that I had to pay the rest of the year's rent. What a crock of ----! And to top it off there have been people stripping cars at night!! Nice safe place my ass.

Sorry man, but I completely disagree with you.. that pool is the best thing!! Clean as can be. A lot of old people live here, but if you ask (you know, being friendly to people) they will tell you they haved lived here forever b/c it is soooo nice there!! I see the janitor in the building everyday cleaning... he is also a very friendly guy... but you are a rude person and you didn't deserve a great place to live at, so hopefully you don't live here anymore! Also go read the police reports of weymouth and tell me what apartment complex has more trouble with cars.... not Mediterranean Woods!! So whomever is reading this guys response... don't listen!
