My friend lived here for a year and left as soon as she possibly could. I dont know where all these great reviews come from - unless the staff is writing their own in. It all started in the begining - I was touring with my friend when the lady said that "oh, students may better afford this place.." and offered an alternative. Then she proceeded to say that, "well you can't bring a bunch of people here all the time" when my friend asked if her two siblings could come visit on occassion. I felt like from the start, we were judged because we were young. Sorry - not every 19 and 20 year old is immature, obnoxious, and loud.

Everytime I spent a weekend my friend had to pay for me to use facilities. We always heard the neighbors through the m iserable construction, and the staff was rude. I'll say I didn't live there - and I DONT WANT TO. I would spend weekends there often, and a couple times when maintenance was called they never even showed up and if they did, the repairs were done poorly. If your looking for a good place to stay, try anywhere but this place - or even next door!

THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME MONEY ENERGY AND EFFORT.

When you find a 'perfect' apartment complex, please do let me know. Till then, please refrain from telling others what they think, and for the record, I do not in fact, think this place is perfect. You are entitled to your opinion, as I am to mine. It is unfortunate that your friend had a bad, excuse me, 'aweful' experience, but honestly, I believe people who are considering LIVING in this place in the future, yes, should pay attention to the opinions of a GUEST, but more than that, should give the opinions of actual residents more weight. With that said, I am glad your friend moved out then, and now hopefully, she is more happy. For myself, I have no complaints. Everything could always be done better, faster but then again, this isn't a perfect place, but you know what? It suits me just fine.

no no, this place is just awful. again - i wouldnt want to live there. and if your payin rent you shouldnt have to pay for a visitor, they should be able to come by and go in the pool briefly, as well. charging fees doesnt make it feel like home, it makes it - like a day care? they mooch for more money out of your pockets. and its sad a resident there cant see that - but "someone who doesnt live there" can. THIS PLACE SUCKS and I speak on behalf of my friend who LIVED there when i say that. She didnt want to deal witht he hooplah of posting a response, becaue of people like you who think this place is perfect. the facilities aside - maint. sucked as well, and im glad my girl isnt living there anymore so i dont have to listen to her complain about how AWEFUL it is there.

I live here since 2006. It is far from perfect, though it???s the nicest apartment building I have lived in, which says a lot if you know me. I have constantly had to call maintenance; I keep or ask for a slip each time. They do come quickly, but often fore same thing. So far I have dealt with special bugs, mold, crazy neighbors, mail getting stolen, washing machine or dryer breaking/having to get a refund, lost parcels/then found, sinks, tub and, toilet backing up, keys not working or doors broken. They fix stuff every time, which in past with slum lords I have had didn???t. I can honestly say they do try at least on the fifth time they deal with it or with a threat to call for an inspection. Upon signing my lease I was told I could only have one visitor to the clubhouse, when I was told three during the showing, and yes it costs $6 bucks each time??? This place is nice but don???t bother using the pool in late fall, winter or early spring. You???ll catch pneumonia, as the water is not warm enough, or they keep the fans blowing from the outside in. They over chlorinate it in the summer. The hours are not convenient for people to go really late or really early. It is honestly scary quiet in here, (sometimes I think I could be murdered and, no one would know), it echoes. Also no phone signal can break through the concrete. I had to get landline phone/internet as result. Now they tell us in February 2009 we have to get our own antenna and digital TV??? DAH. But they did say that if we kept our old analog TV we can still see the people ringing us at the door on channel three. Gee for 1100.00 you wonder why people are getting evicted left right and center. I cannot wait until my lease is up. It is nice but not nice enough for the price. Everyone talks squirt about you to everyone else like you???re not going to find out, it is so high school. I am seriously outty. Sincerely, Emmer

This place is horrible and sucks. The people who live here are like a cult any young adults will be driven out like me. I wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone 30 or younger or anyone who'd like to have an active social life. Being told you cant have people over after your paying for it is ridiculous, your better off living with your parents. The people who work here are inncredibly rude and have no respect for anyone. (COUGH COUGH RICK) If you'd like to live in a place where you dont have to sneak around and feel like your living with your parents go next door!!!
