I suppose it depends on which building you live in (since the complex was built inthe 1970s), but proceed w/ caution. I spent 2 years in this apartment complex w/ my wife and daughter so I think I've a firm grasp of giving a decent review of the place.

I'll give the good first, then the bad,

Good: Easy access to Rt.3 (North/South).
Good: Plenty of shopping (Food or Clothing, etc.) near by.
Good: Main areas of builds are kept clean.

Bad: Elevator (Flip a coin, it might work today). And yes people have been trapped in them before.

Bad: Laundry Room (Machines work 1/2 of the time). Neighbors are rude and leave their clothes in machines well after they've finished. And good luck trying to get quarters from the Main office. The change/coin machine works 1/2 the time too.

Bad: Security/Park. Had my car vandelized twice. Did not matter where I parked it. Med.Woods Mgmt did nothing. We're sorry blah blah blah.

Bad: Hallway smells (I won't mark this as a total slam against the Mgmt there), but it's bad at times.

Bad: Rent (best bang for your buck'.... There's better places out there, just look harder).

Bad: Mgmt tries to "cattle" the right type of folk into buildings they think they're best suited for. Diversity, more like segregation.

All in all, if you need a place to live for year, it's alright. But don't stay long. Otherwise keep shopping for a home.

Overall: Avoid.
