Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

I lived here for over a year. My car was broken into and my cell phone stolen. On two occasions, my pipes were leaking into the tenant's apartment below me, and we both had water damage. The rent was high for what you got, and the people weren't very nice. The parking situation stunk.
