I hope this comment actually prevents someone from moving to this dump. After being strolled through the complex during my walk through, I felt confident that this would be a nice place to live. I am a skeptical person, and I asked a lot of questions to the leasing officer. I was presented with smoke and mirrors, basically - all lies. There are very noisy people living in my building, mgt does nothing after multiple complaints... The police have been called multiple times (not only by me - I see them around a lot). I anxiously await my move out date. Parking is deplorable, and the heating and A/C are antiquated. I will use Queen Annes as a "what not to look for" when reviewing other apartments.
