ive been on the waiting list for q.a.g. now for a year.im now in the 20"s.i was so siked to move there cuz i heard it was absolutly beautiful!! lastnight i wanted to look at the layout of the place so i went to their site on the computer and i was horrified to say the least. i have two little kids(2,3) and im scared to death of the things people were saying about living there. i dont know what to do now.i can see if it was only one or two complaints but 98% of the comments were horrible.im just so beside myself right now and now i dont know what to do.

You don't have to be that scared. I've been here 4 yrs. It's not like you'll get shot walking out the door. It's nowhere near germantown in quincy. You're kids will be fine with you with them. A lot of kids roam around alone and they're fine. A lot of them are punks though, lol. But you're kids aren't old enough to want to go out alone. If you have a car, get your parking sticker and stay in your spot. If your car is in someone else's name, no sticker, and they'll tow you from visitors.

I agree, I live there with two young children and i haven't had any problems (KNOCK ON WOOD i think the people who have wrote things were probably evicted or have some sort of issue with management or maybe I just live in the "good part"...lol!

ok so i thought i would check the thing i wrote to see if i got any reponses and i did. thank you to the ones who responded. i did end up moving here and ive been here a little over a year now(my muffins are burning...hold on a sec...) sorry...yeah so but i like it i guess. and your right("nocomplaits"),about living in the "good part" cuz i thankfully live in bldg 40 which is at the very end(or beginning depending on where you enter) i have a few ------- neighbors that know everything about everyone and talk more ---- then ive ever heard in my life but besides that its ok. you just have to mind your own and stay out of the drama.i aslso have a few niehgbors that are really nice and help me out when needed and i appreciate that much!! this place is just like any other development. you got your good parts and you have your bad parts. your stay here is really gonna depend on how your gonna make it. you wanna get invoved with the punks and the drugs and the drama then thats the type of stay your gonna have. you mind your business,respect your neighbors and dont talk ---- then youll be fine. the managment on the other hand...i have a mix review on them. some are nice(to a point of "ok your so phony its coming out your ass") some are very ignorant to you when speaking to you. its like who the hell do you think you are to talk to me like that.if your that miserable here then get a new ------- job!!! parking is alright if you like to park in different spots everyday because some ------- parks in your spot knowing you always park there cuz they think they can do whatever the hell they want because they can!! i know we dont have set spots but come on..people have been parking in one spot for so long that basically people know who parks where and i think its soooo disrespectful when they know you park there all the time and they still have the ignorance to park there cuz they are just jerks. but whatever....(see how i get going!!!! lol)now that ive written a damn novel.... i honestly want to say that if your thinking about moving here then give it a try. its really not that bad. theres alot of really good people here and the bad ones...just stay clear of them and youll be fine. its not as bad as everyone claims it to be. some things do happen of corse(see above...lol) but hey thats a given at any spot. so i hope this helped. lol gotta go eat my muffins now!! chocolate chip and blueberry...mmmmm yummy. me and my kids made them. sooo good!! want some come on over!! hahahaha take care. ps. oh yeah my name is shayna and i live in bldg 40 if anyone needs help with anything and i can help you i will be more then happy to. my email is shayna0528@yahoo.com thanks for reading my "book" everyone. have a nice day!!
