I woke up for work this morning and both me and my fiance had no cars to go anywhere. While we were sleeping our cars got towed! we have lived here for 3 months and there are always plenty of parking space, even for geusts. At this community you have to change your address on your registration and then have the management office give you a permenant pass for parking. My fiance did all the necessary paper work but still they needed more information. To make a long story short the mangagement office is not open to accomodate people who have a regular work day. For such high standards to meet just to park a car you think they would want to be open a little later on the work week or even come in for a few hours on Saturday. The management is very unpleasant to speak with and unacommodating to the residents, and this is just my story

I've been here 7 yrs. My mother died, I got her car. Had trouble with probate. Office told me I needed registration with my name on it for my sticker to prove I lived there, I gave them my title. had name and adrress on it. NO!! Had to registraion?? Had to park 2 buildings over for 4 months.when I finally went back to complain again, THEN they told me I ould have a visitors pass until my car got straightened out. Could not do this in the begining? I have been trying to leave for the past 61/2 yrs of the 7 I've been here, but cannot afford it.

This is to the comment for the visitors pass. My car wasn't in my name for the first 3 yrs or so. Then they changed the rules and told me to fix it or get rid of the car. They let me have a visitors pass, but that only lasts as long as they feel like it because I still got the tow notice stuck to my drivers side window.
