Contrary to popular belief this is a very nice place to live. The apartments are spacious, rents are at or below market. The grounds are always kept up and I have had zero problems with any of the staff. Patience and a good attitude are the keys with the staff. This is my third time living here. Parking can sometimes be taxing but for the most part its ok. My neighbors are all friendly and keep thier business to themselves. One of my neighbor did have a towing notice put on his car but it was because he refused to change his registration and obtain a parking permit. This is where the towing stories stem from.
