Queen Anne Gates Management is absolutely horrible! Management is very unprofessional and walks into homes unannounced and makes false allegations about tenants. A resident complained that my music was too loud and instead of the office following proper protocol and investigating the situation, the office continously sent me notices, did not clarify the situation with me and wrongly accused me of "running people out of the complex"- don't move here unless you want to get harassed. These people are amateurs!

Theses ratings are padded. they are a one. The only reason they are a one, is you can't get lower. I haven't been on in a while, and the ratings have never been this high, yet they have never been worse, and getting even more incompetent.

No matter how quiet you think your music is, it's louder to someone else.There's very little insulation here. If your speaker is anywhere near a wall, it will be amplified and the walls will vibrate. you have to think of these apartments as single family houses, you upstairs with the music "bedroom" and the people under you are in the "livingroom." Or vise versa. If I can hear people leaving messages on the answering machine from the upstaris tennant, then unless you wear headphones, your music will seem loud.
