Poor Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002 1 response   The problems with this apartment complex is 1. the management as of this date, April 2002. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They do not consider and meet with the residents of the complex when they are making changes in the living environment. They do not send in paper work properly and in a timely manner. They do not address the serious problems expeditiously. 2. It is a smoking building and the building is poorly constructed therefore the smoke escapes the smokers apartments and is in the apartments of other residents and common ways of the building.
