These apartments are cheaply built. The cabinets, appliances, faucets and flooring are all shoddy. My carpeting has rippled in several places, the linoleum squares have separated and the grout in bathroom is peeling away. On moving in I complained of a dripping faucet in the bathroom and was told it cannot be fixed.
The noises from the stairwell are pronounced. We requested to change apartments due to a problem neighbor and the management simply would not work with us. They wanted us to pay penalties in order to make the change.
Upon signing the lease we asked about rent concessions and were told there were none despite a notice to that effect on their web site. Later we found out they were running specials at that time but they would not make right on that.
Lastly the highway noise is extremely annoying. We are not in a building that borders the highway yet we hear it constantly despite closed windows.
