I have had nothing but a great experience at Avalon Oaks. The office and maintenance staff are always pleasant, prompt, and helpful. I hear very little from my neighbors and because it's so close to 93 I find it to be nothing but convenient. I've never heard highway noise from my apt, nor in the parking lot outside my building, for that matter. I'm very surprised by these other reviews...
