I work with a woman that used to work as a rental agent at Avalon Oaks and her job included finding negative publicity about the complex on the Internet. She was paid to pose as an actual resident and post glorious reviews about the place whenever she found a site like this one that painted an unflattering picture.
The so called reviewers giving this dump 5 stars are either part of the white-trash, borderline retarded problem here or members of the perky, but useless staff collecting a paycheck.
Oh, the parking is OK.
