Avalon Oaks

There is a small sign at the entrance, "Welcome Home." For me, it is quite aprospo. I have lived in exclusive apartment communities in Atlanta, Ga. and Boca Raton, Florida will searching for a home to purchase. I planned to do the same thing here. With Maintenance calls response either immediate or within 24 hours, with large square footage, views of conservation land,an office staff always on top of things with extrordinary courtesy and care, and with friendly neighbors, I decided, for me, the sign was quite accurate. I decided not to look further for my new home. It's here! The children I have seen, both on arrival home from school and on weekends are a rather quiet, respectful group! As for Section 8, I have no knowledge of this group spoken of by others so disparagingly. The neighbors I have met, like the staff have all been quiet friendly. I hear no noise in my apratment and as I said...No need to look further. I am delighted with my "Home" at Avalon Oaks.
