If you decided to rent this place, make sure you don't rent one w/ a loft, because the electric bill doubles in the summer. Mine faces the west, so it's like 100 degrees in the summer, and the heat never goes away, so I had to turn on the AC around noon. Another major problem is that they do a very poor job on sound proofing. I can hear everything when my neighbors talk or go to the bathroom or use the washing machine. Some days, I can even smell my neighbor's cooking. But there's nothing I can do about that, because the neighbors are not trying to make excessive noise, it's just the construction of the complex. It's a nice place to live overall, if you don't mind the noise. The staff here are very nice people, and some of they are very efficient.
