Smaller complex, fairly quiet - We've lived at Regency Place for a few months after moving from much closer to Boston. We've been pleasantly surprised by the relative quiet of the building. Don't make the same mistake I did This place is the most poorly run/noisy place I have ever rented from. The construction may look new but there were obvious shortcuts as far as containing sound in each apartment...ie, you will hear your neighbors above, below, and beside you!

Save your money, DO NOT rent from here.....Avalon is cheaper and bigger The staff has horrible guest relations, the office is never open long enough for you to get your packages. I moved to Avalon and got an apartment with more sq. footage and cheaper rent! Parking is horrible at Regency

Well Maintained, great location! Overall very pleased with my experience so far at Regency Place. Grounds are well maintained, adequate parking, great location to the highway, as I commute to Boston for work. Any issues I've had, the staff has been more than accommodating.

Great Community! RP is a great community - the staff holds quarterly parties to help build neighborly rapport, the grounds are well-manicured, the apartment features and layout are lovely, the gym is small but adequate. Our biggest problem is parking!!

Good n Quiet I've lived here since 2009 and I've no complaints except for some utility issues except for a/c during summer. Its quiet and people are friendly including the staff at apartment office. my Apt is spacious. Only the rent will be out of our budget when my lease runs out in oct

so noise new construction and new management but apartments are so noisy (close to Industry) unbearable sound... management people are not friendly. very small swimming pool(bath tub). no childrens play area. no party hall for occations. first time you will get move in specials but if you want to

Not worth the money I moved to Regency Place in October I like the location it is very close to the highway. However $150 garage rental is outrageous and the almost no one picks up after their pet's. It's quite nasty. I live in the last building that was put up and it was thrown together

Keep looking Avalon Oaks West is in a great location but the property is old and not very well maintained. Exercise room has old and sometimes broken equipment.
The apartments are small and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing.
Staff is never on property.
