This is a nice little apartment complex. The management company (Hamilton) is pretty reliable. Maintenence is quick and friendly, and the people in the office are great as well.

The pool is available in the summer, but it's located at the other property. They also have a workout room and tennis courts.

We've lived here 2 years and liked it. We're only leaving because we've outgrown the apartment itself. It's great for single people. 2BRs are good for a couple, but a tight squeeze for roommates.

Our only complaint (aside from the size) is that the windows are not great. They don't provide any insulation, and are very easily broken (lots of potential for safety issues on the ground floor.) Since we moved in, management has been a little misleading regarding new windows.
