This place is a dump, plain and simple. Its old, noisy, not maintained at all, the neighbors are sketchy at best, some of the buildings/apartments have been broken into, and building management could not care less what goes on here since they're not even on site. Management's attitude is: once you're on a lease, you're on your own. Despite all these negatives rent has kept going up.

We are happy to be getting out of this place! Do yourself a big favor, don't live here. You won't regret passing this place by, but you most certainly will kick yourself for moving in.
