The manager (a slim women called Pat or Judy) for this apartment is the most unreasonable and hostile person I have ever dealt with. Every time I went to discuss with her, she treats you in a bossy way as if you personally owed her money and she has the power to dictate everything. As least , she made herself looks as if she can refuse to provide benefit to you even the same beenfit was given to other tenents. And she is the manager ...

I was too lazy to move previously. But after a such long horrible time to dealt with her, I finally made the move.
