If you are considering living here - think again. My now husband and I lived there for five years, and although we saved a ton of money and were able to pay for school, our wedding and honeymoon and pay off bills, we also endured a lot of annoying and disgusting things. Such as BED BUGS, broken appliances, rude and inept office staff, difficult parking situations and shady neighbors.

Kids play in and around the dumpsters, the pool is basically a large urinal for all, the washers and dryers in the basement were always broken and other residents would leave their nasty laundry in them for DAYS on end. The building we lived in is infested with bed bugs, had to get fumigated twice in three years.

Also, read your lease if you are considering living here, it does NOT go month to month after a year, you renew for another whole year, and they are extremely inflexible.

When we finally moved out, I had to call the office a million times and scream, yell and swear at them in order to get them to give me my escrow check. The office staff didn't even know what it was. I had to remind them that legally that money was MINE and they were breaking the law. It took me at least three months to get my check from them. Makes me wonder how much money they have stolen from other residents moving out who are unaware of their legal rights'

Also while we were in the process of moving out (our lease HAD NOT ENDED YET) they essentially broke into our apartment, packed up our belongings that we hadn't moved yet as again, our lease was not over, and cleaned up the unit for the next tenants!!!!! When I confronted the office staff, they claimed they didn't know who sent maintenance in to do that''' Give me a break.

This place is disgusting. Learn from our pain and spend the extra money for a nicer place. We finally did.
