Been here since 05.Obviously, one of the best you can find in Woburn. The only downside is Heat & hot water not included in rent. But adding that up, the Rent utilities is still a 150$ less than most other apts in the area. Specially for the space you get ( 950 for 1 Bd, 1055 for 2 Bd) that's a good deal. Nice, quiet, noise resistant and decent neighbours.

This is one of the best you can find in Woburn.The management is friendly and your problems will be fixed as soon as reported.There r only 6 apartments in a building.The trash and laundry r inside the building complex , that helps in the winter months.It has a good swimming pool and tennis court.It is located near the T stop , most shops r at walkable distance.
