WATCH OUT. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN PLUMBING IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. THE SPOT LIGHTS OUT BACK DON'T EVEN WORK HALF THE TIME SO THE GROUNDS ARE IN TOTAL DARKNESS. THE CARPET IN THE HALLWAYS ARE DISGUSTING, WHO KNOWS HOW OLD IT IS......
