Complex is cheap in rent. But, what is the expression: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
Turn the other way and don't rent here. Manager is a busy-body, always up in everyones face. She is down right rude, and obnoxious. Manager will enter your apartment without your permission. Found a rat one time in my apartment. Could not get out of Hillcrest Associated apartments fast enough!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE...
