I lived at their property at Winn Park. They market it like fully furnished good alternative to stay in studio hotels. However management is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance request could take weeks. I was living on top floor and had AC broken in summer and it took 3 days to fix it and which stop working again in few days. Laundry room is always dirty, it seems they never cleaned during my stay.

For short stay, its convenient as no long term lease is required. However its not worth to rent here as owner/management is terrible,non responsive and will even blame you.
