Very dissappointing! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The management at this complex is very rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. The gym equipment is usually broken and actually quite dangerous. The apartments are not very well constructed and there are numerous air leaks causing high energy bills. In addition, the hallway lights which stay on 24/7 seem to be powered by your apartment, so you eat the cost. They make many false promises before you move in. In fact, the apartments were still under HEAVY construction, well after many tenants moved in. There are many residents that I talked to who were also very dissappointed with every this associated with this complex. The company the run this complex also has a negative BBB rating. I would not recommend this complex to anyone....the worst experience I have had. Also, be sure you are ready to jump through hoops to get your security deposit back once you move out.
