Thanks Renee for taking the time from your busy day to "Market" for JPI.
Your poor attempt to write as a resident is completely see through.
I am Cheap' How then can I afford JPI with their rates higher than all in the area'
and FYI I do "rent" a carport.
I see that you carefully chose what to address and side stepped the other issues.
What about the quality issues that I raised'
Window not closing, suggestions to put paper to wedge the gap doors with Gap
I live in your largest 2 bedroom and the AC & HEAT ARE TOOOOOOOOOOOOO UNDERPOWERED FOR THE UNIT!! THAT IS FACT!
Especially with the damn windows and doors not closing properly!
I agree that many of the issues are resident related, many but what is being done to remedy these, what notices have been sent out' Why not get on it like you do about all those stupid inspections you have. Like the recent Sprinkler check, THAT WAS a Joke!! Some moron walks around and looks, "Yeah thats a sprinkler" No Kidding!!!!!
Honestly, I have never seen a car towed in all the months I have lived here.
Come on now, The cost vs service vs location is more than poor and JPI as a whole has the BBB record to show for it.
