The light outside the door is one mere bulb, the same as a balcony light. The heat and A/C are more than enough to handle the area. I have a 2 bed/ 2bath and in the summer it is always cool and winter nice and toasty, do not be cheap, it is New England. Management is constantly towing cars for parking in the wrong spots, clearly you have an issue with the parking, maybe it is because you do not pay for a carport- a mere $40. Instead you would rather complain. There are plenty of visitor parking spaces, but they are just that - VISITOR, not resident that won?t pay for his spot. As far as the dog crap- step outside and look around, I personally saw Maintenance pick up every ounce- you should pick up after your dog- not him.



Furthermore, the recent survey WAS addressed, there was a meeting and ALL items were addressed, apparently you were too busy to attend. The pool closed- a week LATER than it was supposed to. It was supposed to close on Labor Day. If people like you keep complaining abou this petty stuff, maybe they WILL close it on Labor Day.The trash compactor is an issue, but I spoke with management and the reason is not that it is full, but that residents are JAMMING it with furniture and boxes. This breaks the machine. People need to learn how to use these items. As far as lots of empty apartments, I cannot see where that is true, because apparently somebody is living here because the parking lot is full every night. Maybe next time you should think before you lash out and apparently you have way too much time on your hands.

I live here and my biggest complaint is other residents lack of respect of the property. The Management team runs ragged to do all they can do, people have no pride in where they live.
