Poor management

I would not recommend living here. The management (when it stays the same and doesn't change without notice)is very unresponsive to tenants needs. they only care about getting people to sign the lease. Once that happens you are stuck. The maintenance people are lazy and unresponsive as well. And beware of apartments that have had smokers as tenants. They won't clean the smell out for you because "we don't paint apartments".
