New managment is terrible, old management was great

I am very disappointed with the new management. They are rude, disorganized, and unresponsive.
Perhaps I am just spoiled by the original management that always surprised me when they knew my name - I would just walk into their office and they would know that I had a package before even asking.
The current management actually ignores me and unless I demand attention will leave me waiting for service indefinately.
